We also provide in-house boxing training at our fully equipped combat mma studios in Beckenham & in Battersea, which include various punch bags and matted floors.

What equipment do I need to start boxing training?

To begin boxing training, you only need comfortable workout clothing and a positive mindset. Gloves, pads, and training equipment can be provided during sessions, especially for beginners. If you choose to train regularly, we may recommend purchasing your own boxing gloves and hand wraps for hygiene and comfort. All equipment guidance is provided during your consultation, making it easy to get started without needing to invest upfront.
