Do I need a gym membership for this online program?
No gym membership is required. Your online personal training programme is built around the equipment you have available — whether that’s a full gym, resistance bands, or bodyweight-only training. If your goal is muscle building and equipment is limited, I may recommend adding basic tools such as adjustable dumbbells or resistance bands, or joining a gym where possible, to optimise results.
What is included in your online personal training service?
Online personal training includes a fully customised workout programme, personalised nutrition guidance, access to my fitness app for tracking and communication, in-app messaging support, regular check-ins with tailored feedback, and live virtual training sessions for technique and form coaching. You’ll also be working directly with an experienced coach with over 17 years in the fitness industry.
Is online personal training effective compared to in-person coaching?
Yes. Online personal training can be highly effective when it’s structured and supported correctly. With personalised programming, live virtual sessions, progress tracking, and ongoing communication through the coaching app, clients stay accountable and motivated while training around their lifestyle and location.
Is this online coaching programme suitable for beginners?
Yes. Online personal training is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced clients. Programmes are designed around your current fitness level, experience, and confidence, allowing you to progress safely and steadily without feeling overwhelmed.
How do I make sure I’m performing exercises correctly?
Each exercise includes a video demonstration and clear coaching cues inside the app. If you’re unsure, you can send a video of yourself performing the exercise and receive personalised feedback and form correction. This ensures you train safely and with confidence.
What platform do you use for live online personal training sessions?
Live online personal training sessions can be delivered via WhatsApp video, which is simple, reliable, and easy to access on mobile and desktop.
For clients using laptops, tablets, or larger screens, live online personal training sessions can be delivered via Zoom, which allows clearer viewing of movement and technique.
Can I join if I don’t live in the UK?
Yes. Online personal training is available worldwide, this mean you can train while away on business or while on holiday. Many clients are based in the UK and Ireland, I also coach clients across Europe, the US, and other locations. Online coaching allows us to work together regardless of location.
How fast will you respond to messages?
During normal business hours, messages are usually answered the same day. Outside of these hours or at weekends, responses are typically provided within 24 hours to ensure consistent support.
How will my workouts be tracked?
All workouts are logged in the Lontech coaching app, including sets, reps, weights, and cardio metrics where applicable. This allows progress to be reviewed accurately and programmes to be adjusted using real training data. You can also leave session feedback directly in the app.
How will my progress be measured?
Progress is tracked using multiple indicators depending on your goals, including workout performance, weight trends, body measurements, progress photos, and improvements in strength, endurance, and mobility. These metrics are reviewed regularly to support accountability and consistent progress.
Are my progress photos kept private?
Yes. Progress photos are completely private and only accessible to you and your coach. Any client transformations shared publicly are used only with full consent.
How long until I start seeing results?
Many clients begin noticing positive changes within a few weeks. Typically, physical and psychological adaptations become more noticeable around the six-week mark. Timelines vary depending on goals and consistency, but the focus is always on sustainable, long-term progress rather than quick fixes.
Do I have to train every day?
No. Your online personal training programme is designed around what is realistic and sustainable for you. Whether you can train once per week or several times per week, your plan is structured to be safe, effective, and aligned with your lifestyle.
How can I track my nutrition?
Depending on your coaching tier, nutrition can be tracked using the built-in food diary within the app or through integrations such as MyFitnessPal. This allows monitoring of calorie intake, macronutrients, and overall food quality in line with your goals.
What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel your online coaching subscription, simply provide at least seven days’ notice before your next monthly billing date. You will continue to receive full access to coaching support and the app until the end of your current billing period.
