To begin with you will receive a consultation to map your goals and help us to understand your path to fitness.
Once we have your goals set we'll focus on actionable strategies and measurable progress to ensure you stay motivated and on track towards your fitness objectives.
Methods of fitness tracking we offer include:
Photographs & Videos. Before/After-During
Body Composition Analysis : Digital measurements for metabolic rate, hydration, bone density, subcutaneuos fat and visceral fat (intra- abdominal fat) percentages. Tape measurements. Blood Pressure Cuff. Peak Flow Meter for lung capacity.
Various Fitness Test such as the Vo2 Max Step Test, Max Strength, Flexibility & Range Of Motion Test.
Journals recording food/nutrition, program adherence and habits
The significance of your results will be explained to you. We will use these records to help quantify and track your progress at regular intervals.
All clients are treated as individuals, I do not subscribe to a one exercise size fits all approach to health and fitness, so we will match tracking methods to your goals.

Regular Check-Ins. Text/Emails/Phone/Video Calls
You will be encouraged to give regular feedback. Communication between yourself and I is considered key to us maximising each session and you achieving great results.
We will work closely together to help you establish positive habits and figure out exactly what works well for you.
To assure your goal achievement I will advise you with regards to nutrition and I will help you to identify and moderate habits which may obstruct you from safely achieving maximum results in minimum time.
