 Pricing Plans - What To Expect From Your Commitment

 1. Commitment Level 1. The Journey Begins: 6-week programme.

 

 At the end of six weeks you will have a good understanding of what is required to set and achieve goals. You will feel more in touch with your body and you would have built a good working relationship with your personal trainer. 6-week is the typical time that physical and psychological adaptations become noticeable to the trainee.

 

6 x 2 = 12 Sessions 

   2. Commitment Level 2. Recognition - Seeing the Difference: 12-week programme.

 

Take a look in the mirror and you will see for yourself once you have completed this package. Friends will tell you, family will congratulate you, work colleagues will look up to you and total strangers may compliment you. With the aid of before and after photos your physical changes will be felt and clear for all to see. (Plus all of the above). 12-weeks is the typical time that the changes made in the first 6-weeks become compounded and recognised as being new.

 

12 x 2 = 24 Sessions 

   3.Commitment Level 3. Long-term: 18-week programme. 

 

After completing this programme you will be on another level. You will have created solid reference points in both mind (positive habits) and body (muscle memory) that are likely to stay with you for many years. You will have gained a good understanding of nutrition, movement patterns, a strong core, increased flexibility and the ability to activate various muscle groups at will. (Plus all of the above). 18-weeks is the typical time needed for new habits to be formed where the adaptations made become a good platform from which skill can be developed.

 

18 x 2 = 36 Session
