Boxing has gained popularity as an enjoyable method for stress relief and calorie burning. In addition to the usual goals of improving conditioning, endurance, and discipline, it serves as a form of self-defense and a means to avoid trouble. People of all skill levels are welcome from complete beginners to those looking to compete.
Structured training will be customised for each person. You can also train with a friend.
Training includes: Footwork, Bag-work, Pad-work, Fight Conditioning.
