Martial arts, similar to what you will learn from self defence plus the intricacy and etiquette of the martial way, the way of the warrior. Martial artists pursue and value skill so we are in it for the long term! What often sets us apart from Self-defence practitioners and sportsman is the our dedication to harmonise the the spirit mind and body.
Some techniques you will learn have derived from various traditional martial arts such as Ju-jitsu, Kempo, Karate, Kali Eskrima and Muay Thai, with the selection criteria being practicality, ease of use and effectiveness, while other techniques are new and suited for the times we live in today.
